All students interested in playing a high school sport must have a valid VHSL physical on file.  The physical must be valid for the current school year -- which means the actual physical exam occurred on or after May 1, 2022.  The link for the six-page VHSL physical form can be found under FILES AND LINKS at the top of the main page. Please note the form includes the APS Athletic/Co-Curricular Participation Agreement which is required.
