This page will be updated on an ongoing basis with optional off-season green day and conditioning opportunities.

Students must have a valid VHSL physical to participate in green days.  All are welcome at conditioning.

Field Hockey - Green days will be held on the turf from 3:30-5 on the following dates - June 25, 27, July 9, 11, 23, 25 - all current 7th-11th graders are welcome

Cheerleading - 

Football - weight room (open to 2019-20 8th-11th graders) on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5-6:30 pm and Mondays and Wednesdays 8-9:30 am

Swim/Dive - weight room 11-12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays (school year 2019-20 9th-12th graders)

Track - weight room Tuesdays 1:15-2:30 and Thursdays 3-4:15 pm (school year 2019-20 8th-12th graders)

Boys Lacrosse - weight room Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7:30 pm (school year 2019-20 8th-12th graders)

Other sports will be added as they schedule off-season optional workouts.
