Fall Sport Conditioning Begins June 29
It is imperative all students and coaches who chose to participate arrive in a healthy condition. We will be taking many precautions to minimize the risk involved with participation. These procedures include asking all coaches and students six screening questions, checking temperatures upon arrival, maintaining appropriate social distancing during check-in and conditioning, limiting sessions to outdoor spaces and maintaining assigned groups no larger than 15 for the duration of the conditioning sessions for the next few weeks.
All students will need to bring the following to conditioning sessions:
- Face covering upon entry and exit from the session.
- Personal water bottle – 32 oz is recommended as no communal water will be provided
- Emergency care card – first session only to be turned into the coach – link below

Physicals are not required for the current phase of conditioning but will be necessary as we move forward.
Students who are interested in participating must indicate interest ahead of time to the coach in order to be assigned a group given the limited number of slots available.
Students should not report more than 15 minutes early to any session. Sessions will not take place if inclement weather is imminent.
Volleyball – July 7, 9, 14 and 16 from 6-7:30 pm in the stadium – preference given to 9th-12th graders (2020-21) but all are welcome to reach out - contact Coach Sheena Eldred at firstname.lastname@example.org
Golf – Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Wednesday, July 1 from 8-10 am on softball field #2 (at Greenbrier) – 9th-12th grade only (2020-21) - contact Coach Chris Williams at Christopher.email@example.com
Field Hockey – Mondays and Wednesdays beginning Monday, June 29 with two sessions (students attend the same session time each day and will be assigned by the coach) – 8th-12th grade welcome (2020-21) - 7:30-8:45 am and 9-10:15 am
Cross Country – Mondays (meet at Teddy Roosevelt Island) beginning Monday, July 6 with session start times assigned by the coaches beginning as early as 8:45 am – 9th-12th grade only (2020-21) - contact Jacob Dumford at firstname.lastname@example.org
Football – Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Tuesday, June 30 with three sessions (students attend the same session time each day and will be assigned by the coach) – 7:45-8:45 am (10th-12th grade), 9:15-10:15 am (10th-12th) and 10:30-11:30 am (8th-9th grade) – contact Coach Evan Ruffner if you have not yet responded at email@example.com
