Despite rainy and windy conditions the Patriots had a great showing during the 1st round of the two day National District Championship at Greendale Golf Course. The Patriots posted a team score of 313 which was the lowest score of the 1st round. Washington-Lee is in second place 32 strokes behind YHS. Hayfield is 3 stroke behind W-L, followed by Edison who are 3 strokes back of Hayfield. Leading the way for Yorktown and the tournament is Emily Larson 74.
