Optional green days (individual instruction) will be offered on the following dates on the turf field.  All rising 8th-12th graders are welcome to participate, however, you must have a valid VHSL physical on file.  Physicals already on file will suffice, however, new ones should be dated after May 1, 2015, so they are valid for the upcoming 2015-16 school year.

Depending on the weather, field hockey practice might be inside tonight.  Varsity players should report at 7:30 pm and FR/JV should report at 7 pm.  All players should come prepared with a sock to place on their sticks for indoor practice as well as their outdoor apparel.  Players can report to the gym lobby.
